1 General Information

Jiliaap (jiliaap.ws) is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Jiliaap and its users ("Members").

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. The Bengali translation is provided for the convenience of Bangladeshi members and has been prepared as accurately as possible.

Jiliaap reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

2 Account Registration

When creating an account on jiliaap, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

3 Age Restriction

Jiliaap strictly discourages gambling by minors. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• Jiliaap may request age verification documents at any time.
• Falsifying your age to open an account is a punishable offence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jiliaap supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Without KYC verification, the maximum monthly withdrawal limit is ৳50,000.
• No monthly limit applies after KYC verification.

Jiliaap follows international standards for anti-money laundering. If any unusual transaction is flagged, the account may be temporarily suspended and verification will be requested.

5 Bonuses & Offers

Jiliaap regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirement: 15–30x the bonus amount.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Jiliaap reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time.
• Bonus funds may not be usable on all games — certain game restrictions may apply.

6 Betting Rules

There are general rules that apply to all betting on Jiliaap. These rules apply equally to every member.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum single bet: ৳10.
• Jiliaap reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.
• A slight delay may occur in live betting — this is a normal part of the system.
• Unusually large bets on a single event will be automatically flagged for review.

Jiliaap sets all odds through its expert team. Odds are subject to change and are not final until a bet is confirmed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jiliaap. Violations will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Exploiting platform bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Termination & Suspension

Jiliaap may terminate or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded subject to all applicable conditions being met.

9 Responsible Gaming

Jiliaap places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We want every member to play for enjoyment — never under pressure.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set.
• A self-exclusion option is available — you can restrict yourself for anywhere from 24 hours to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 1 week to 1 month.
• Our support team will reach out if any signs of problematic gaming are detected.

11 Dispute Resolution
